Due to the hygiene factor, all items purchased are not refundable
Defect or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us through itsezenails@gmail.com with the maximum time of 48 hours after the item is received If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please include photos of the defective/ wrong items so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Eze Nails does not conduct exchanges. If in the event a product is defective a complimentary replacement set or gift card for the value of the product will be issued.
