What will you do?
- Handling Whatsapp, E-commerce Chat, Instagram DM, communicate with customers, managing complaints, helping customers taking orders.
- Managing Resellers, and Affiliate Partners, helping them & giving the best care as our business partners.
- Compiling customer feedbacks, as internal discussion to improve the brand.
Is this you?
- Patient and helpful to your surroundings.
- Good Bahasa and English language skills.
- Able to talk clearly and guide patiently.
- Able to work full-time from 10.00 to 18.00 everyday.
- Work remotely from your home.
